| David has a Master Degree in Production Engineering from Berlin, Germany and a MSc. in Asia Pacific Human Resource Management from the National University of Singapore. As Executive Director of SHRI, David is in the business of bringing HR/HC to the fore. He works closely with the HR/HC communities of consultants, service providers, practitioners, other professional bodies, statutory boards and government ministries, to enable the acquisition of knowledge and competencies, to help raise professionalism and the repute of the profession. |

| U.S. Dean , Beijing International MBA Program at Peking University (BiMBA) Adjunct Professor of Management, China Center for Economic Research at Peking University (CCER) Associate Dean and Associate Professor of Management, Fordham University, GBA. Dr. Yang received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Columbia University, New York in 1991, majoring in management. Yang¨s main teaching and research interests involve Human Resource Management, Comparative Management, Corporate Culture, key success factors of MNC strategies and Management in China, Leadership and Organizational Behavior. |
