Q: How can I register as a visitor for the event?
A: Online by clicking the 'Register' button and completing the registration form. Alternatively, please call +86-512-68788922 and we can post you a registration form to complete.
Q: How do I register for just one day?
A: There is no need to select which day you are attending your badge will allow you free entry to the exhibition for the entire duration of the event.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: If you register in advance you will receive a free badge and there is no cost to attend the exhibition. Your badge will allow you entrance as many times as you like over the two days of the show. If you do not register in advance there will be a RMB50 entry fee.
Q: When will I receive my badge?
A: You will receive your confirmation letter before the show. You may change it for the badge on the scene.
Q: Can I register for more than one person at a time?
A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to register more than one person at a time. You may however photocopy a registration form or request additional tickets for colleagues by calling +86-512-68788922
Q: What happens if I want to bring a colleague who hasn't registered and doesn't have a ticket?
A: People who don't register in advance and don't have a ticket will be required to pay RMB50 entrance fee.
Q: How can I plan my visit at Asia HR Expo?
A: There are several ways you can plan your visit., you will receive a show planner and a show preview that will give you details of the new attractions at the show as well as give you an exhibitor list and Floorplan, enabling you to pinpoint who you want to see and where they are.
Q: Is there somewhere to leave luggage while I visit?
A: Yes, there is a cloakroom where you can leave you belongings for a small charge.
Q: How do I contact the AHREX team?
A: If you go to the Contact Us section of this website you can view all the members of the Asia Expo team along with their telephone numbers and email addresses. You can choose which contact is most relevant to your query and contact that person directly.
Q: I am a member of the press and want to attend the exhibition and conference, how do I register?
A: Simply register on the 'Register ' page. As a member of the press you will be given a specially coloured name badge, which will give you access to the conference & exhibition.
